Instagram reels data without the Graph API
Instagram's official API only returns media for accounts that connect to your app. The Reels API works from a username alone, so you can analyze any public creator without asking them to log in.
Use it to find a creator's top-performing reels, to monitor how often they post, or to collect reel URLs for later processing.
From reel list to a file
Each reel includes its shortcode. Pass the shortcode to the Post & Reel Data API for every available quality, or send the video URL to the Downloader API to get a stable file link.

Can I get the reels of any public account?
Yes, any public account. Private accounts are not available.
Do I get play counts?
Play counts are available on the single reel endpoint (Post & Reel Data API). The list focuses on likes, comments and duration.
How do I download the video file?
Send the video URL to the Downloader API. It stores the file and returns a time-limited link you can download directly.
Does a request cost more for accounts with many reels?
No. Each page is one credit, however many reels it holds.
Errors cost nothing. Any response with a status of 400 or above is refunded, and every error has the same shape. See error handling and credits and rate limits.
