Pricing questions
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit your plan is measured in. A profile lookup costs 1 credit, a page of comments 2, and stories or a hashtag feed 3. The table above lists every endpoint.
Are failed requests charged?
No. Any request that ends with an error (HTTP 400 or above) is refunded automatically, including profiles that do not exist and temporary failures.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits renew every month. The Free plan renews on the first of each month (UTC), and paid plans renew with your billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Requests return HTTP 402 with the code quota_exceeded and the time your credits reset. Nothing is billed beyond your plan, so there are no surprise charges.
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time pass?
A subscription renews every month until you cancel. A one-time pass gives you the same plan for 30 days and does not renew. The price is identical.
How do I change plans or cancel?
You can cancel from the dashboard at any time. You keep the paid plan until the period you already paid for ends, and you can then choose another plan.
Which currency and payment methods?
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and the methods available at checkout depend on Razorpay and your bank.
Do you offer refunds?
See the Refund Policy for the details. In short, unused paid periods can be reviewed case by case, and failed requests never cost credits in the first place.
